Experience the snow-covered Leutasch mountains and enjoy active winter days in Tyrol. Landhaus Frischmann is located directly on the cross-country ski track and winter hiking trail – ideal for starting your winter fun right from the doorstep.

As our guests, you can use all the cross-country ski trails in the Seefeld-Leutasch Olympic Region free of charge. The region's buses, including the ski bus and regional bus, are also available to you free of charge. This allows you to reach your destinations conveniently and leave your car behind.

A varied holiday awaits you with skiing and tobogganing. The Kreithlift in Leutasch can be reached in about five minutes by car, and the Birkenlift in about ten minutes. The Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf ski areas in Seefeld are about 20 minutes away by car. Our toboggan rental service is available for fun trips on the toboggan run.

After a day in the snow, your equipment is safely stored in the ski room, which also features waxing facilities and boot dryers. This ensures you start the next morning with dry, comfortably warm boots for a new day of your holiday.
